Women’s Ready-to-Wear Size Guide

These conversions are approximate. A fitted leather jacket, a relaxed coat, and a fluid dress may fit differently even when they carry the same labeled size.

Please review the product description and styling notes for information about the intended fit of the individual design.

Women’s Shoe Size Guide

Shoe conversions differ between brands and countries. The United States or United Kingdom size normally worn in another brand may not correspond exactly to a Jennifer Tattanelli size.

The fit may also vary according to:

• the shape of the last;
• heel height;
• toe shape;
• material;
• lining;
• sole construction;
• width of the foot;
• height of the instep.

Soft leather may adapt gradually to the foot, but a shoe should not feel excessively short, narrow, or uncomfortable when first tried on.

For fitted garments, structured leather pieces, or pointed shoes, the larger size may provide additional comfort.

For relaxed or oversized designs, the smaller size may provide a closer fit while preserving the intended silhouette.

Made-to-Measure and Custom Sizing

Selected products may be available through our Made-to-Measure, Custom-Made, or Bespoke services.

Depending on the product, our team may need:

• body measurements;
• foot measurements;
• fitting photographs;
• information about a comparable garment or shoe;
• an in-person or remote consultation;
• one or more fittings;
• confirmation of the final specifications.

Measurements can only be taken in our Ateliers (Florence, Palm Beach or The Hamptons).

Not every design, size, or modification is technically possible. All requests remain subject to review by Jennifer Tattanelli and our artisans.

Personalized or altered products may be subject to special cancellation, return, and exchange conditions. These conditions will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Returns and Sizing

Before placing an order, please review the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

Standard products may be eligible for return when all stated return conditions are satisfied.

Made-to-Order, Custom-Made, Bespoke, Made-to-Measure, personalized, or altered products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Mandatory rights relating to defective products are not affected.

Size charts, product measurements, and sizing recommendations are provided as general guidance only. The customer remains responsible for selecting the size ordered.

A return or exchange requested solely because the selected size does not fit will be handled as a standard return under our Return & Refund Policy and will not, by itself, be considered a product defect, an error by Jennifer Tattanelli, or an error in the applicable size chart. Any return shipping or other applicable costs will be handled in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

This does not affect the customer’s rights where the product is incorrectly labeled, differs from the size ordered, is defective, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
