Finding the right size is an important part of choosing a Jennifer Tattanelli creation.

The following charts provide approximate international size conversions for our Ready-to-Wear collections and footwear. Because fit may vary according to the design, construction, material, and intended silhouette of each product, the charts should be used as guidance rather than as a guarantee of fit.

Women’s Ready-to-Wear Size Guide

These conversions are approximate. A fitted leather jacket, a relaxed coat, and a fluid dress may fit differently even when they carry the same labeled size.

Please review the product description and styling notes for information about the intended fit of the individual design.

Women’s Shoe Size Guide

Shoe conversions differ between brands and countries. The United States or United Kingdom size normally worn in another brand may not correspond exactly to a Jennifer Tattanelli size.

The fit may also vary according to:

• the shape of the last;
• heel height;
• toe shape;
• material;
• lining;
• sole construction;
• width of the foot;
• height of the instep.

Soft leather may adapt gradually to the foot, but a shoe should not feel excessively short, narrow, or uncomfortable when first tried on. 

Men’s Ready-to-Wear Size Guide

For tailored jackets and fitted leather garments, chest, shoulder, sleeve, and waist measurements may be more useful than the international size alone.

Customer Service may request additional measurements or photographs of the fit of a comparable garment before making a recommendation.

These conversions are indicative and may vary depending on the shape and construction of the individual shoe.

Understanding Product Fit

Different designs are intended to fit differently.

A product may be described as:

Fitted
Designed to follow the shape of the body closely.

Regular Fit
Designed to provide a balanced fit without being particularly close or oversized.

Relaxed Fit
Designed with additional ease through the body.

Oversized Fit
Intentionally designed with increased volume and proportion.

The product description should always be considered together with the size chart.

Where relevant, we may also provide information about:

• the size worn by the model;
• the model’s measurements;
• the product’s length;
• heel height;
• bag dimensions;
• whether the product runs small, true to size, or generously.

Because products may be made or finished by hand, minor dimensional variations may occur.

Choosing Between Two Sizes

When your measurements fall between two sizes, the most appropriate choice depends on the product.

For fitted garments, structured leather pieces, or pointed shoes, the larger size may provide additional comfort.

For relaxed or oversized designs, the smaller size may provide a closer fit while preserving the intended silhouette.

This is general guidance only. Please contact Customer Service for advice concerning a specific product.

Made-to-Measure and Custom Sizing

Selected products may be available through our Made-to-Measure, Custom-Made, or Bespoke services.

Depending on the product, our team may need:

• body measurements;
• foot measurements;
• fitting photographs;
• information about a comparable garment or shoe;
• an in-person or remote consultation;
• one or more fittings;
• confirmation of the final specifications.

Measurements can only be taken in our Ateliers (Florence, Palm Beach or The Hamptons).

Not every design, size, or modification is technically possible. All requests remain subject to review by Jennifer Tattanelli and our artisans.

Personalized or altered products may be subject to special cancellation, return, and exchange conditions. These conditions will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Sizing recommendations are provided in good faith based on the information supplied. They cannot guarantee an identical fit for every person or every product.

Returns and Sizing

Before placing an order, please review the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

Standard products may be eligible for return when all stated return conditions are satisfied.

Made-to-Order, Custom-Made, Bespoke, Made-to-Measure, personalized, or altered products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Mandatory rights relating to defective products are not affected.

Size charts, product measurements, and sizing recommendations are provided as general guidance only. The customer remains responsible for selecting the size ordered.

A return or exchange requested solely because the selected size does not fit will be handled as a standard return under our Return & Refund Policy and will not, by itself, be considered a product defect, an error by Jennifer Tattanelli, or an error in the applicable size chart. Any return shipping or other applicable costs will be handled in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

This does not affect the customer’s rights where the product is incorrectly labeled, differs from the size ordered, is defective, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
