A Jennifer Tattanelli Gift Card offers more than the freedom to choose a product. It gives the recipient the opportunity to discover our collections or begin a personal creative journey with us.

The Gift Card may be used toward an item from our current collections or toward a more personalized creation, such as an engraved small leather accessory, Custom-Made shoes or handbag, or a Bespoke leather jacket.

Choose one of the available amounts, add a personal message, and complete your purchase. The digital Gift Card will be delivered by email after payment authorization and any required security verification.

How the Gift Card Is Delivered

Jennifer Tattanelli Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

No physical card will be shipped unless expressly stated.

The purchaser is responsible for entering the correct recipient email address. Delivery may occasionally be delayed by:

• payment authorization;
• fraud or security verification;
• spam filters;
• email-provider restrictions;
• an incorrect email address.

Please contact Customer Service when the Gift Card email has not been received within a reasonable period.

How the Gift Card May Be Used

The Gift Card may be redeemed through the Jennifer Tattanelli Online Atelier by entering the Gift Card code during checkout.

It may be used toward:

• products available online;
• Made-to-Order products;
• Custom-Made services;
• Bespoke or Made-to-Measure creations;

subject to product availability, technical feasibility, and any applicable order-specific conditions.

Redemption at a Jennifer Tattanelli Atelier or seasonal event may also be arranged where the location is able to process the digital Gift Card.

Please contact Customer Service in advance to confirm boutique or event redemption.

Partial Use and Remaining Balance

The entire Gift Card value does not need to be used in one transaction.

When only part of the available value is used, the remaining balance will continue to be associated with the same Gift Card code and may be used toward a future eligible purchase.

When the purchase total exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Expiration and Fees

Purchased Jennifer Tattanelli Gift Cards:

• do not expire;
• do not lose value because of inactivity;
• are not subject to dormancy, maintenance, or service fees.

Promotional credits or complimentary certificates issued without payment may have different conditions when clearly disclosed at the time of issue and permitted by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Gift Card purchases are generally final sale and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

When a product purchased wholly or partly with a Gift Card is eligible for a refund, the corresponding amount will normally be returned to the Gift Card.

Any portion originally paid through another payment method will normally be refunded to that original payment method.

Products purchased using a Gift Card remain subject to our:

• Terms of Service & Terms of Sale;
• Shipping & Delivery Policy;
• Return & Refund Policy;
• product-specific conditions.

Lost, Deleted, or Unauthorized Gift Cards

Gift Card codes should be protected in the same manner as cash.

Jennifer Tattanelli is not responsible for a Gift Card that is:

• lost or deleted;
• forwarded to the wrong person;
• disclosed without authorization;
• stolen;
• used by someone other than the intended recipient.

When sufficient proof of purchase is available, we may attempt to investigate and, where technically possible, disable or replace an unused Gift Card.

Replacement is not guaranteed and cannot be provided for value already redeemed before the issue is reported.

Cash Redemption

Gift Cards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash except where cash redemption is required by applicable law.

Security Verification

Gift Card purchases, particularly high-value purchases, may be subject to additional identity, payment, or fraud-prevention checks before the Gift Card is issued.

We may delay, refuse, or cancel a transaction when we reasonably suspect unauthorized payment, fraud, resale abuse, or unlawful activity.

Because fit may vary according to the design, construction, material, and intended silhouette of each product, the charts should be used as guidance rather than as a guarantee of fit.

Women's Ready-to-Wear Size Guide

These conversions are approximate. A fitted leather jacket, a relaxed coat, and a fluid dress may fit differently even when they carry the same labeled size.

Shoe conversions differ between brands and countries. The United States or United Kingdom size normally worn in another brand may not correspond exactly to a Jennifer Tattanelli size.

Different designs are intended to fit differently.

A product may be described as:

Designed to follow the shape of the body closely.

Regular Fit
Designed to provide a balanced fit without being particularly close or oversized.

Relaxed Fit
Designed with additional ease through the body.

Oversized Fit
Intentionally designed with increased volume and proportion.

Measurements can only be taken in our Ateliers (Florence, Palm Beach or The Hamptons).

Not every design, size, or modification is technically possible. All requests remain subject to review by Jennifer Tattanelli and our skilled leather makers.

Personalized or altered products may be subject to special cancellation, return, and exchange conditions. These conditions will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Returns and Sizing

Standard products may be eligible for return when all stated return conditions are satisfied.

Made-to-Order, Custom-Made, Bespoke, Made-to-Measure, personalized, or altered products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Mandatory rights relating to defective products are not affected.

Size charts, product measurements, and sizing recommendations are provided as general guidance only. The customer remains responsible for selecting the size ordered.

A return or exchange requested solely because the selected size does not fit will be handled as a standard return under our Return & Refund Policy and will not, by itself, be considered a product defect, an error by Jennifer Tattanelli, or an error in the applicable size chart. Any return shipping or other applicable costs will be handled in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

This does not affect the customer's rights where the product is incorrectly labeled, differs from the size ordered, is defective, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
